in Book 34 of Maps, at page 29, Office of the Recorder of Butte
. County, was offered for dedica~ion for county road purposes at
page 27;of said book 34; and
W'HEREAS, said offer o~ dedication was not accepted on

BE IT FURTH~1t RESOLVED that the offer of dedication

BE IT FURTHER RESOT.'VED that a certified copy of this
resolution be recorded in the Office o£ the Recorder of Butte
County and that an. appropriate reference to this resolution be
entered on the above-mentioned maps of Uni~ No. 2 by the Butte
County Recorder.
