Sta~e of CaZifornia, by Resolution No. 69-193, passed and adopted
Aecember 2, 1969, stated their intention to exchange the real
properties described in the exhibits herein; and
WHEREAS, said propex'ty, fully describEd in Exhibit "B",
at~ached hereto, is not required for county use; and
W~iEREAS, ~he real property described in E~a.bit "A", at~ached
hereto, is necessary for the public and the county use as hight~ay
right of way; and
WI-~EREAS, the property to be exchanged is o~ equal value,
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SiJPERVISORS
OF THE COUNTY OF BiTTTE, as follows:
l. The board hereby exchanges the real property described
in E,~~hibit "B", a~~ached hereto and incorporated herein as if set
torth in ftt11, for ~hat certain real property shown in Ex~ibit "A",
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set ~orth in
~'u11.
2. The board hereby approves said Agreement for Exchange
and the chairman is lzereby authorized to sign same.
3. The chai~rman is authorized to sign a Qui~claim Deed in
tavor of Emery Jessee and Bonnie J. Wright Jessee, cavering the real
property described in Exhibit "B".
