FEDERAL-AID SECONDARY AND STA~~ HIGHWAY MATCHING FUNDS
Wf{EREAS? the DeparCment of Public Works of the State of California has
noti~~.ed tEie County of But~e that under Che California Secondary Highway Act
of 1951., as amended, the following funds for the fiscal year ending June 30,
19'1l, are apportioned to But~e County:
Fedezal-Aid Secondary Funds - $187?9b2
S~ate Highway Matching Rands - ~5100,00~
and
WIiEREAS~ the County of Butte desires to accept and match said funds;
N~Ft? THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by the ~3oard of Supervisors of the COUNTY
OF BUTTE? 3tate of Gali~oxnia~ as fo~.lows:
~., That County wishes to claim and utilize th.e entire amount of Federal-
Aid Secondary' Funds apportioned Co County, to wit, ~he sum of ,~187,962 and the
entire amoun~ o~ State Highway Matching Funds apportioned to saa.d Countq, to wit,
the sum of $100,000;
2. That County hereby agrees to provide matching funds there£ox as may be
necessary and required fo complete the financa.ng of CountyTs FAS pxojects;
3. That this resoluti.on is made in compliance c~rith Section. 2211 0£ the
Streets and Fiighways Code o~ the State of California, and the Clerk of this
Board is authoxized to forward ~wo certified copies hereof to the Distrzct
Engineex of t[~e Department o~ Public Works of the State of CaZifornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County o~ Butte,
State of Cal.ifornia, at the regula~ meeting thereof on the 17~h day of February,
1970, by the fol].owing vote:
