BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the Count~r
of Butte, State of California, that any and all protests against
~.he assessment and/or against the work done under Resolution of
Intention No. 68-150, adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State o£ Ca7.ifornia, on the 27th day of August,
I968, as amended, be and the same are hereby overruled and denied.
