RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT IN SIERRA DEL ORO
ES~'ATES UNIT NO. 3 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, CQUNTY OF

WHEREAS, the County Surveyor of the County of Butte,
State of California, did, on the 16th day o£ February, 1970, fiZe
with the County Clerk of the County of Butte an assessment to repre-
sent the cost and expenses of tl~e work and improvements done and
made by A. TEICHERT AND SON, INC., a corporation, pursuant to pro-
ceedings had and taken by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, under and pursuant -Eo ReSOlution of Intention No. 68-150,
adopted on the 27th day of August, 196$, as amended; and
WHEREAS, ~he County Clerk of the County of Butte has duly
and regularly given notice by publication, posta.ng and ma.~lzng in
the time and manner provicied by law of the Piling of said assessment
and of the time set £or hearina thereon, which time was ~ixed a.n
said notices as the 10th day of March, 1970, at the hour of 10:30
A.M. of said. day, at the meeting place o~ the Board of Supervisors
of the County ot Butte, located in the Butte County Courthouse,
Oroville, California; and
WHEREAS, said Board of Supervisors has received evidence
o~al and documentary concerning said assessment and the proper
complet9.on of the work and improvement for which the same is
issued;
NOW, TH~REFpRE,IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Bntte, S~a~e o£ California, that said
assessment and the diagram and warrant a~~ached the~eto, th.e proW
ceedings leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations
of a11 officers of f.he County of Sutte ~~ith relation thereto be,
and the same are hereby rati~ied and confirmed, and the County

Surveyor of the County of Butte is hereby ordered to deliver said
warrant, assessment and diagram to A. TEICH~RT AND SON, INC. upon
payment by said Contractor of the zncidental expenses provided by
law.

and regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisars of the County of
