RESOL~TION APPROVING BOUNDARY MAP
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the County Clerk of the
County oi Butte, State o£ California, a map shoiaing the boundaries of
Sierra nel Oro Estates Unit No. 4 Assessment District, Butte County,
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Sutte, State of Cal~~ornia, that that certain map entitled,
"Proposed Boundaries o£ Sierra Del Oxo Estates Unit No, 4 Assessment
District, Butte County, Californ3.a," be and the same is hereby approved;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a cextified copy of said boundary
map ~erein approved shall be filed wzth the County Recorder of the
County o£ Butte in accordance with the pxovisions of Part 2, Divi-
sion 4.5 of the Streets and Highways Code af the State of Califor-
nia.
