DETERD~IINIiv'G PUBLIC CONVENIE~CE AND NECESSITY OF
THE Ib1PRdVEI~IENTS AND ACQUISITIONS IN STERRA DEL ORO
ESTAT~S UNIT N0. 4 ASSESSi~9ENT DISTRICT, COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, has undertaken speca.al assessment proceedings
for the zmprovenents and acquisitions fo be made in Sierra De1 Oro
Estates Unxt No. 4 Assessment District, County of Butte, State of
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the Countiy of Butte, State of California, that Tuesday, the 14t1z
day of April, 197~, at the hour of 11:00 o'clock A.M. of said day,
is hereby fixed as the day and haur, and the meeting place of the Soard
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, located in the Couxthouse,
Oroville, California, as the place, tiahen and where any and a11 persons
interested may apgeax and sliow cause why the Board should not find
and determine that the public convenience and necessity require the
said proposed improvements and acquisitions to be made in said assess-
ment district without compliance with the prova.sions of the Special
Assessmen~ Investigation, Limitation and D4ajority Protest Act of 1931.
Th~ County Clerk is hereby directed to give notace of the
time and place of said hearing in the following manner:
1. By publishing a Notice of Fiearing once, said pub-
lication to be not less than 1Q days prior to the
date of said hearing;
2. By posting a copy o£ the Notice o~ Hearzng at or
near the meeting place of the Board of Supexvisors
for 5 days prior to the time of said hearing.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that tne foregoing xesolution was duly
and reguiarly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, heid on
