RESOLUTIOA ADOPTING PLAN5 AND SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, on the lOth day of March, 1970, the Board of Super-
visors of the County of ~utte, State of California, ardered the pr~paration
of plans and specitications for the improvements to be made in Sierra
Del Oro Estates Unit No. G Assessment District, Butte Covnty, Califor-
nia;
N01V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board o£ Su~ervisors
of the County of Butte, State of. California, that the plans and
specificatzons submitted by hfURR~Y ~ McC0I~4ICK, TNC. for the improve-
ments to be made in said assessment district be, and they are hexeby
adopted as the plans and spec~tications for the doing of said work
and impravements.
