RESOLUTION ~IRECTiNG ADVERTISEh4ENT FOR BIDS FOR
CONSTRUCTION tiVORK TO BE DOIv`E IN SZERRA DEL ORO
ESTATES UNIT N0. 4 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNZA
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County o~ ~utte,
State of California, did, on the 3.Oth day of March, 1970, adopt its
Reso~ution of Intention to order the improvements and acquisitions
to be done and made in Sierra De1 Oro Estates Unit No. 4 Assessment
District, County of Butte, State of California; and
WHEk2EAS, saic~ Resolution of Intention fixes Tuesday, the
14th day of Aprii, J.970, as the time fo~r hearing on the Resolution
of Intention;
NOW, THEREFORE, for the puxpose o~' determining at the time
of hearing on the Resolution o£ Intention the total contxact cost of
the work proposed to be done pursuant to said Resolution of Intention;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by tI~e Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of C.a~i~ornia, that sealed proposals for doing
o~ said work and making of said improvements shall be delivered to
the County Clerk of the Caunty of Butte on ox be~oxe Tuesday, the
7th day of April, 1970, at the hour of 1i:00 o'clock A.M. of said day
at the meeting place of the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, located in Che Courthouse, Oroville, Califarnia, which said
time and place are hereby fixed as the time and p~ace of a public hearing,
at which said 8ids will be publicly opened, examined and declared by the
County Cierk of the County of Butte. Said bids, after bea.ng publicly
opened, examined and declared, will be calculated by t3ie Engi.neex of
Work, tlieir reporti returned to the County C1erk and the repoxt of
the results of the bidding and the calculations of the Engineer of Work
will be reported to t~ie Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte.
The Board reserves the rzght to reject any and all proposals or bi.ds
should it deem this necessary for ~he public good, and also the bid
of any bidder who has been delinquent or unfaithful in any formex con-
tract witli the County of Butte.
The County Clexk of the County of Butte is hereby ordered
to give notice inviting sealed bids in th~ time, form and manner
pxovided by law.

Z HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregozng xesolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Boaxd of Supervisors of the CountX of
Butte, State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
