RESOLUTION ADOPTING SCALE OF PREVAILING lVAGE RATES
jVHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of I3utte,
State of California, on the lOth day of March, adopted pJ.ans and
specifications for the improvements and acquisitions to be made
in Siexxa De1 Oro ~states Unit No. 4 Assessment District, County
of Butte, Statie af California;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by ~he Board of Supervisors
of the County o~ Butte, State of California, that said Board has
determined and established the general prevailing rate of per diem
wages for eacli type of craft or workman needed to execute or ~erform
the necessary work or amgrovements in accordance with the schedule
appended hereto and described "ScaJ.e of Prevailing Wage Rates;" and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said "Scale of Prevailing
Wage Rates" be, and it is hereby embodied in tihe Notice Inviting
Seal.ed Bids and all contract documents in connection with said
work and iniprovements h~reinabove descri.bed.
