visians of Assembly Bill 9i7,
WHER~9S, Assembly Bill 917 will eliminate the con-
~identiality provision relating to wel~are recip~ents,
WHERE~S, this Board is in favor of such legisla-
tion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED a.s follows:
1. That this Board strongly endorses Assembly
Bi11 917 and respectfully coznznends its passage by
the Legzslature.
2. Copies of this resolution be sent to the
Honorab~.e Ray ,Tohn,son, Assemblyman, the Honorable
Fred Marler, State Senato~, and to such o~.her
parties as this Board directs.
