WHEREAS, Senate Bi].1 380 will eliminate ~he pro-
~ection offered the general public found in Section 8506 af
tlze Education Code,
WHERE~SS, this Board opposes the p~ovisions of Senate
Bill 380.
NOW, TEiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
1. That th.i.s Board strongly opposes 5enate Bill
380 and respectfu7.ly reeommends to the Legislature
that this bill be defea~ed.
2, Copies of this resoJ.ution be sent to the
Honorable Ray Jok~.nson, Assemblyman, the Honorable
Fred Marler, State Senator and to such other parties
as this Board dzrects.
