THE SPRE.9D OF ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Streets and
Highways Code Section 5882, a report o£ cost for construction
for curbs and gutters was duly filed with the Board o£
Supervisors on this date, a copy of which is attached h.e~eto
as Exhibit "A" and incorporated as set forth herein;
WHEREAS, pursuant to provisions of Streets and
Highways Code Section 5883,a hearing shall be set prior
to levying a lien_o.n the property referred ~o in Exhibit

NOW, THEREFOR~, th~.s Boaxd hereby gives notice
pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 5883 that
