CONV~NI~NCE AND NF,CESSITY REQ~IRE THF. IAfPROVEMENTS
AND ACQUISITIONS TO BE MADE IN SIERRA DEL ORO ESTATES
UNIT Nd. 4 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, 13UTTE COUNTY,CALTFORNIA
{YHEREAS, a public hearing, for which reasonable notice
has been given by publication, posCing and mailing has been held
as to the public convenience and necessity of the improvements and
acquisitions to be made in Siexra Del Oro Estates Unit No. 4 Assess- 1I
ment District, Butte County, California,; and
WHEREAS, this Board has heaxd and considered all the evi-
dence, both oral and written, relative ta the public convenience and
necessity of the aforesaid impxovements and acquisitions;
NOWs THBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this Board finds that
the public conveni.ence and necessity reauire the improvements and
acquisitions to be made in Sierra Del Oro Estates Unit Na. 4 Assess-
ment Distri.ct, Butte County, California, and further determines that
the "Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Pro-
test Act of 1931" shail not apply to these assessment proceedings; and
BE IT FURTffER RESOLVED that this project shall proceed in ac-
cordance with the terms and provisions of the Improvement Act of 1911.
