RESOLUTION ORDERING THE WORK
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of Califoxnia, did, on the lOth day of March, 197U, adopt its
Resolutian of Intention No. 70-32 to order all of the thexein described
improvements and acquisitions to be done and made in Sierra Del Oro
Estates Unit No. 4 Assessment Distxict, Butte County, California;
an d
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention fixed Tuesday,
the 14th day of April, 1970, at the hour of 11:00 o'clock A.M.
of said day, as the time for heara.ng upon said Resolution of Inten-
tion ; and
WEiEREAS, bic~s have been received for the work and improve-
ment ta be ~one under said Resolution of intention;
NOW, THfiREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, as ~ollows:
Resolution of Intentian No. 70-32 , passed by the ~oard
of Supervisors of the County o~ Butte on the lOth day of March,
1970, be, and the same is hereby canfirmed, and the work described
in said Resolution o£ Intenti.on is hereby ordered to be done and made.
