ESTATES UVIT N0. 4 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, BUTTE
COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
WIiEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, did, on the lOth day of D4arch, 1970, pass its
Resolution af intentian for the improvements and acquisitions to be
made and done pursuant to the provisions of the Improvement Act of
~911; and
WHEREAS, said Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
desires that the improvements and acquisitions be done under the direction
of A4URRAY F~ b4cCORh1ICK, INC. , Engineer of h'ork, and that any assess-
ment hereinafter to be made for the distribution of the costs of the
improvements and acquisitions upon the lands benefited thereby, shall
be made and signed by the Engineer of ~Vork;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the aforesaid
improvements and acquisitions shall be done under the direCtion of
MURRAY ~ McCORMZCK, INC., Engineer of tiVork for said Sierra Del Oro
Estates Unit No. 4 Assessment Bistrict, Butte County, Califarnia.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regular2y adopted by the Board of Supervisors ot the County of Butte,
State of California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 14th
day of April, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
