RESOLUTIOh AUTHORIZING Ck{ANGES IN THE WORK
TO BE A4ADE BY THE DIRECTOR OF PUIiLIC {~~ORKS
OF TE-IE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OP CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Baard of 5upervisors of the Couhty
of Butte, State of California, as follows:
The Director of Public Works of the County of Butte, without
further authorizatian of the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, is hereby authorized to order changes in the woxk to be done
in Sierra Del ~ro Estates Unit No. 4 Assessment Distrirt, Butte
County, Cali~ornia, under the following conditions:
To correct clericai and technical errors i.n
the plans;
To modify the design of the project wherevex
good engineexing practice indicates that the
modification should be made;
To adjust the design of the project to utility
locations, soa.l. conditions, and other field
conditions wha.ch were unknown or uncerta~.n at
the time the plans were prepared;
BE IT FURTHER RESdLVEA that any change order sha11 be
..in writing and the amount.of any change order ordered shall not
exceed $1,000.00 provided that the limitations on the cost of the
changes permitted by this resolution shall not apply where the change
is requested in writing by the owner of property subject to assess-
ment for the improvement under construction and the nature of the
change requested is such that the cost thereof wi11 be assessed
exclusively against the property o~ the person requesting the change.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the forefioing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County o£ Butte,
State of Califarnia, at a regular meeting thereof, heid on the 14th
day o£ Apxil, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden~ Ma~on~ Reyrio~ds; Chairman Dunaway .
NOES: Supervisors None
ABSENT: Supervisoxs :~upervisor McKillop'
