RESOLUTIQN OF AIVARD OF CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the County C1erk of the County of Butte, State
of California, on the 7ih day of April, 1970, at a public meating,
public~y opened, examfned and declared all sealed proposals for doing
the work and improvements described xn Resolution of Intention No.70-32
Sierra ~e1 Oro Estates Unit No. 4 Assessment District, Sutte County,
California „ which said Resolution of Intention was adopted on the
lOth day of btarch, 1970, and is hereby expressly refexred to £or a
description of said work and improvements, and for all particulars
relative to the proceedings under said Resolution of Intention; and
WHEREAS, said bids, after being publicly opened, examined
and declared, were referred to the Engineer of t~ork of said assess-
ment district, were calculated by them, and their report thereon returned
to the County Clerk and the repoxt of the results of the bidding were
reparted to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte;
., NOW, TrIER~FORE, iT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of
. Supervisors of ~he County a£ Butte hereby rejects all of.said bids
or proposals except that herein mentioned, and hereby awards the con-
tract for said work and improvements to the lowest responsible bidder,
to wit: ~

at the prices named in the bid of said bidder on file in the office
of the County Cierk of the County of Butte.
Said County Clerk is hereby directed to publish a Notice
of Award of Contract in the PARADISE POST, a newspaper circulated
in the County af Butte and hereto£ore designated for that purpose
6y the Board o~ Supervisors of the County of Sutte.

I HEREBY CERTIPY that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of Calzfornia, at a regular meeting thereo£, held on the 14th
day of April, 197b, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: Supervisoxs None
