W#iEREt~S~ section 2121 of the Streets and Highways Code provides that
izt May o~ each year county sha11 submit to the DeparCmenC of Public Works~
State o£ Califoxnia, any additions or deZetions from its mileage of maintained
county roads, specifying the termini and mileage of each rouYe added or deleted;
and
4IHEREAS, the Department of Public Works, State o~ California, certified
to the State Cantroller on March 3Z, 197b, that the tota]. mileage of maintained
county roads in Butte County was 1421.23 mi3.es; and
4dHEREAS, Butite Countiq now finds that the totaZ miI.eage of maintained
counCy roads is 1420.03 miles;
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RE50T,V~b that the mi~.eage of maintained county
roads certified March 3l, 1970, be corrected in accordance witE~ t€~e indica°
eions in colar on the accamganying maps marked Exhibit "A" and in accordance
witih ~he addieions or corrections to the attached tabuFation raarked Exhibit
"B", both exhibits being made a part of this resolution, by incorporation
herein, and which said exhibits specify the termini and mileage of eacE~ route
added or deleted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by th.e Board of Supervisors of the County o£ Butte,
