advisable to sell the following property, to wit:
All that certain real property situate in the County of
Butte, State of Galifornia, described as follows:
Being a portion of Lot 148 as shown on that certain
map entitled, "Map of Paxton Subdivision in the SW
quarter of Section 20, T19N, R4E, MDB&M, Butte County,
California," which map was recorded in the Office of
the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California,
Apri1 4, 1923, in Book S of Maps at page 50, more
particu~.arly described as follows:
Al1 that portion of said Lot 148 lying wesr and sourh
of the ~ollowing descxibed 1a.ne:
Begi.nning a~t a po~.nt on ~he sou~herlq line of said
Lot 148 from which point the south.east co~ner of said
Lot beaxs N 89°41'S8"~, 21.43 feet; then.ce from said
POINT OF B~G Il~TNING N 21°19'02"W, 25.35 feet; thence
northwesterly on the arc of a tangent 540.00 foot
radius curve, concave to the northeast, through a central
angle of 10°37'30", fox 10~.14 feet; thez~ce non~angent
to said curve, S 79°18'28"W, 17.60 feet to the north-
westerly line of said Lot 148.
Reserving therefrom, a Public Utility Easement S.Oa
f eet in width over, under, across and through the
southerly 5.00 feet of said Lot 148.
NOW, THEREFORE, I'~ IS RESOLV~D that i~ is the intention
of this board to S~i1 the a~oremez-tzoned property at a minimum
price of $7,500.00 cash.
IT IS FUR'THER RESOLVED that on the 19th day of May, 1970,
at i1:00 a.m., a publie meeting of the Board of Supervisors of

board, at which proposals ro purchase will be received and con-
sidered.
