WI~EAS, the Baard of Supervisors has heaxd read said Agreement in full and is familiar wi.th tY~e conten'ts thereof; THEREFORE~ 3~e it resolved by ~he Board of Superva,sors of the Coun~y of Butte that sai.d Agreement is hereby approved and Supervisor Dunawa is directed ~o sign the same in behalf of the County of Butte.
