noti.fied the County af Butte that under the Federal TQPT,CS Program, $73,787.00
i.s apportioned to Bufite County for the fiscal year ending .Tune 30~ 1970; and
WHEREAS, the County af Butte desi.res to accept said fiunds;
NOW~ THEREFORE SE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Yhe CounCq
of Butte, State of California~ as follows;
l. That County wishes to claim and utilize the entire amount of
Federal TOPICS Funds apportioned to County, to wit, the sum of $73,787;
2. That County wi11 expend said funds for improvement projects in
accord with TOPICS program requirements;
3. That County desires to accuriarlate funds and combine them with
anottcer fiscal year's apportionment for use by County in financing a more
substan~ive project;
_4. That this resolution is made in compliance with ruies regarding
use of TOPICS Fnnds an8 t[~e Clerk o~ ehis Board is auChorized to forward ~wo
certified copies hereof to the Districe Engineer of the Department of Public
Works of the State of California.
