RESOLT7T~ON ACCEPTING IN FUI,L APPORTIONMENT TO COUNTY OE BUTTE OE FEDERAL
TOPrCS ~"UNDS
WHEREAS, the Depar~ment of Public Works of the 5tate of California has
noti£ied the County o£ Sutte that under the Fedeza7. TQPICS Program, $74,637..00
is apportioned to Butte County £ox the £a.scal year endi.ng June 30, ].977.; and
WHEREAS~ the Covnty of Butte des9.xes to accept sa~d funds:
NOW~ THEREF'OF.tE B~ I~ RESOI,,VEA by the Board of Supervisors of the County
o~ Butte~ State o~ Cal.i.~ornia~ as ~ollows.
1. That Couztty wishes to claim and utilize the en.tire amount o~
Federal TOPTGS Funds apportioned to County~ to wit~ the sum of $74?631.00 ;
2. That County will expend said funds for improvement projects in
accord with TOPICS prngxam x'equi.rements;
3. That County desires to accumulate funds and combine them wi~h
another fiscal year~s apportionment fox use by County in fi.nanci.ng a more
substantive project;
4a That this resolution is made zn compli.ance wa.th ruJ.es xegaxdzng
use of TOPICS Funds and the Clerk of this Board is authorized to forward two
cerCi~ied copies hereof to the District Engineer of the -epartment of Public
FIorks of Che Stiate of California.
