IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTEz
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507) ,
$E IT RESOLVED by the BQARD OF SUPERVISORS for the COUNTY OF SUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNTA~ as ~ollows;
1. That the parking or standing of vehicles on the hereinaftier-
described portions of East Avenue is prohibiCed, and Che porCions of said
road on which the garking and standing of ve€~icles is prohibited are described
as foliows~ to wit:
A. A1ong the northerly side of EasY Avenue from Che easterly ri~kt
of way line of Pillsbary Avenue eo 230 feet east.
B. Along the northerly side of East Avenue from the westerly right
of way line of Cohasse~ Road to 620 feet west.
C. Along the southerly side of ~ast Avenue £rom a point 150 feet east
of the east right of way line of Pillsbury Avenue to the westerly right o£
way line of Cohasset Road.
2. That NO PARKTNG signs be placed at the appropriate locations on
said road.
3. This ltesolution is adopted in accordance with Sectian. 22507 of
the Vehicle Code, and violation of said Resolution cons~i~utes a misdemeanor
in accordance with Section 40000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors o~ the County of Butte,
State of California at the regular meeting thereo£ on the 3.9th day
of MaY , 7.970, by the following vote:
