authorizes S;ate aid to repair or restore storm and flood damage or destruction to public rea] praperty having a
oenerai public and state interest, subject to the appropriation of tha necessary funds by the Siate C.egislature;
and

there occuned storm snd flood damage or desYruciion estimated at $ 967 =800. 00 to public real property
having a genaral ~ublic and State interest, hereinafter described, lying withiti the boundaries of

tiOW, THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED tlzat application is hereby made to the Siate of Califomia
for state assisiance under said law to repaix and restore the pubiic reai property described in Exhibit "A" attached
hereto and by this reference made a paR hereof.
