WHEREE~S, pursuant to Resolution 70-60, a bid was
~recezved on the property described therezn within the minimum
price as set forth in said Resolution on May 1.9, 19700
WHEREAS, Donald Co Peterson and Letha I. Peterson
were awardad the property based upon the aforementioned bid;
WHEREAS, the said DonaLd C. Peterson and Zetha T.
Peterson have deposited the purchase price ot Seven Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($7,500) with the County Auditor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED;
l. That Chairman of this Board be authorized to
sign the attached deed to the aforesaid Donald C.
and Letha I, Peterson, covering the real property
described in the aforementioned Resolution 70-60
and is also described in the attached deed.
