RESOLUTTON CONFIRMING THE HOUSING ELENiENT OF THE BUTTE COUNTY GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code Section 65300 and 65302(c) the Planning Commissa.on of the County of Bu~te has proposed the amendment of the Gen.e~al Plan of the County af Butte to add a Housing Element, which Housing Element is attached hereto as F~nibit ",~" and incorpora~ed herein as set forth in full. WHEREAS, this Board has previously held public hearings as required 3~y law on the a~orementioned Housing Element and has adopted same, NOW, 'TIiEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board: 1.
