RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTIOI~F':"N0. 91
ACCEPTING THE HEALTI~ INSURANC~ BID FOR
EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors o~ the County of
Butte, State of California, on the 21st day of June, 1966, did
adop~. Resolution b6-9~ accepting the health insurance bid ~'or
emp].oyees and,
WHEREAS, that the bid presented by the California Physicians'
Insurance Company was accepted and. that Kitrick 2nsurance Agency,
~rice Insurance Service, Dahlmeier Brothers and Dayton Sayer of
Ri1ey & Sweeney were jointly and severally held responsible for
the admzni.stering of the employee health insurance program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That the County of Butte rel.eases Kitrick Insurance
Agency, Price Insurance Service, Dahlmeier Brothers and
Dayton Sayer of Riley & Sweeney totally artd wholly from
the responsibility of administering the county employees'
health. insurance program.
2. 'I'hat the responsibility of the administering of the
coun~y employees' health insurance program is placed upon
the Personnel Director, County of Butte.
PASS~D AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of
Sutte, State of California, on the ~pt}~ day of June , 1970,
by the ~ollowing vote:
