REGARDING TRAVEL AND EXPENSES OF COUNTY
OF'FICERS ANB EMPLOYEES.
WHEREAS, it zs desirable that the policy of ~he B~ rd of
Supervisors of the County of Butte in relation to travel by county
officers and employees on county business be revised,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Section 3 of Resolution
1Vo. 65-13~be amended to ~ead as follows:
Section 3, Re~.mbursement for F~penses. Any officer or
employee who has received authorization to use his private
car on county business shal], be paid at the rate of 12G
per mile for ~he first 500 miles driven each month and
10~ per mile thereafter, unless atherw~.se provided by law,
for travel actually per~ormed in the service of the county.
