WORKING CAPITAL FUND
WH~REAS, tE~e County of Butte operates a Data Processing
Center,providing se~va.ces to several county departments and other
governmental agencies, and
WH~REl~S, it is the intent of the County of Butte that all
users of said Data Processing Cen.ter services sha~.l be charged
propor~tionately for their s~.are of the cost of operating said Center,
and
WHEREEIS, Government Code Section 25260 provides that the
Board of Supervisoxs may, by resolution, create a"Working Capital
Fund", to :Einance internal services rend.ered to certain users, as a
means of accounting for costs and distribution of charges under
methods prescribed by the California Administrative Code and by the
County Auditor or Controller, and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 25260 also provides that
the Board of Supervisors may make available such amounts as are
necessary to establish each fund and to maintain its solvency,
NOW, THEREE'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
o~ the County of Butte:
1. That there is hereby created a Worka.ng Capa.tal Fund
entitled "Data Processing Wo~rking Capital Fund", and
authority is given to the Auditor to transfer Ea.ghty
Thousand Dollars ($80,000.00} from the County General
Fund to establish said fun.d. The Boa~rd of Supervisors
also authorizes transfer of those certain Fixed A,ssets
under control of the Data Processing Center director
