Code Section 710~0, et seq., the Board of Supervisors has the
responsibility of determination of consolidation or annexation of
judicial districts.
WHEREAS, this Board finds that there is ample justifica-
tion for the consolidation of the Durham Judicial District with
the Chico Judicial District,
NOW, THERE~"ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors:
= 1. That a public hearing shall be held at 11:00 a.m.,
Ju].y 28, 1970, at the Chambers of t~e Board of Super-
vzsors, Cour~ehouse, Oroville, California, on the proposed
consolidation of the Durham Judicial District with the'
Chico Jud9.cia1 Disrrict.
2. That thzs reso~.ution shall be advertised in th.e
Chico Enterprise Record, pursuant to Section b061 no
later than July :;.~, ~.970.
PASSED AND ADdPTED by the Board of Supervisors o~ the
County of Butre this 7th day of Ju1p , 1970, by the
