sors of the County of Butte, State of California, adopted its Reso-
lution of Intention for the improvements and acquisztions to be made
in Par.adise Pines Assessmerrt District No, i, IInY~s 1 and 2, Butte
County, California, and referred said impzovements and acquisitions

ments of thc Mun.icina~. Improv~ment Act of 1913 of the State of California;
and
WHEP~AS, said Engineer of Work did, on the 2ist day of July,
1970, ~ile with the Coe~nty C:lerk of the County of Butte a repor't in

the ~Cou~ty of But~e, Sta~e of California, and this Board hereby tinds:

in the Butte County Courthouse, Oroville, California, is hereby fixed ~

be mai~lecl, postac~e prepazd, to.all pessons owning real propexty

to be assessed whose names and addresses appea~ upon the last equal-
ized assessment roll for taxes, or are known to the Coun~y Cle?~k.
Said nn~.a.ces shall contain the matters requixed in Section 10307 of
the Nlunicipal Tmpravement Act of 191.3 of the State of California.
BE IT I'URTHER RESOLVED that this T3oar.cl of Spp°}"V150~'S
hereby preliminarily orders that the imp~ovements and acquisitions de~
sczibed in the Resolution of Tn~ention be had and done in acco~dance
wzth the plans and speci~ications and profiles for said work. The
p1anG and speci£ications with said report are hereby adopted as the
g7.ans:, profil:es :and spec~.ficati.ons for the doi.ng of said work and
improvemen:ts, and said Ba.arcl of Supervisor-s hereby orders that bids
shall be.rece:ived fo.r the cloinc~ of saic~ work and i:mprovements on the
17:th day o'f ~ugust, ~930, at 11:00 o'cloc}: F~.PI. of said day. Sa~.d
bids or ~r_oposals shal:l:bE de.lavered on or:before 1.1:00 o'clock A.M.
of the lJ.th day of August, 1970, to ~he Board of Supervisors og the
County o~ Butte, in the Cham'aers of said $oard, located in '~he Court-
house, Butte Coun~y, Oroville, California, which said time and place
