ordered to be held in said district on the 3rd day of November, 1970;,
special distxict e].ections, and have requested this board to order
consola.dation of said special distric~ elections with the statewide
Gerteral E].ection to be held November 3, 1970,
NOW, TEIEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED AND RESOLVED SY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS 0~ THE GOUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That the special district e~.ection to be held in the
Feather River Recreatzon and Par~. District on November 3, 1970, at
which election there sha11 be submitted to the quali~ied electors of
said district the names of the candidates far said board, are to
be consolidated with the statewide election to be he~d on November 3,
1970.
2, That the returns of said special district ~lection for
the Feather River Recreation and Park District shall be canvassed,
or caused to be, by the County Clzrk of Butte County and certified to
the governing board of the district. Further, said consolidated:
special district election of Feather River Recreation and Park
Distr~.ct sha7.J. be he~.d in all resp~ets as though they were only one
el.ect~on,
3. That the expenses of the electicrs attributable to said
da.str~.~ts shall be charged to said districts respectively.
