Cov.n~y of Butte, State of California, that the Board find.s and
dete~mines and hereby declares, as follows, to wit:
lo That an emergency exists by reason of the failure
of an air conditioning compressor at the building housing the
employees of the Welfare Department.
~ 2, That immediate replacement of the said compressor
is necessary for the preservation of public healtho
3. That the Auditor of the County of Butte is hereby
authorized to disperse the monies required for the immedfate
replacement of said compressor up to a maximum of $5,200.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Ju1y , 1970,
by the Butte County Board. of Supervisors by the following vote:
