AUTHORIZTNG CHAIIU~lAN TO SIG1V QUTTCLAIM DEED

W4I~R~AS~ the Board of 5upervisoxs of the County of Butte, Sta~e of
California, on April 15, 1969, appxoved the Agreement for Sale exchanging ~ha~
real property described i.n ~xhzbit "B " attached hereto~ as part of the consid-
eration for that certai.n xeal property described in Exhibit "A", a~tached hereto;
an d
WHEREAS, said property, fu11y described in ~xhibit "B" is not required
for County use; and
WHEREAS, sai& real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
is necessary for the public and the covnty use as right of way; and
WHEREAS, the property to be exchanged is o£ equal value; and
NOW, T1~EREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by t[~e Board of Supervisors of the
of Butte, State of California, as folLows:
1, The Soard he~'eby exchanges the zeal pxopexty described in Exhibit
"B"~ attached hereto and incorporated herein as if set forth in fu11, for that
certain real property shown in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incor-
porated herein as if set forth in full.
2. The Chairman is authorized to sign a Quitclaim deed in favor of
MERLE F. KII~~,7AN~ covexing the real property described in Exhibit "B", and the
Cltaixman a.s further authorized to accept a Grant Deed from MERLE F, KILLrAN in
favor o£ the County of Butte, covering that certain real property described in
EXhib~.~ "A".
