RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNBARY D4AP
{VHEREAS, there has been filed with the County Clerk of .
the County of Butte, State of California, a map showing the pxoposed .
boundaries of Paradise Pines Unit No. 3 Assessment District,
Butte County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board o~ Super~risors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that that certain map
entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of Faradise Pines (3nit No. 3 Assess-
ment District, Butte County, California," be and the same is hereby
approved; and ~
.BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said boundary
map herein approved shall be filed with the County Recorder of the
County of Butte,in accordance with the provisions of Part 2, Division
4.5 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California.
