DETERitifINING PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY OF THE
IA4PR4VE~9ENTS AND ACQUISITIONS TO BE b9ADE IA~ PAR~IDISE
PINES UNIT AIO. 3 ASSESS~fENT DISTRICT, BUTTE COUNTY,
CALTFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State o~ California, has undertaken spet~a7. assessment proceedings
far the improvements and acquisitions ta be made in Paradise Pines
Unit No. 3 Assessment District, Butte County, Californaa; and
i4HEREAS, the owners o£ more than sixty per cent (60a)
of the real property within the boundaries of said proposed assessment
district have wai.ved all proceedings under the Special Assessment
Investigation, Limitation and ~lajority Protest Act of 1931;
-NQW,-THEREFQR~, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Sugervisors `
of the County of Butte, State of California, that Tuesday, the

22nd day of Septamber, 1970, at the hour of 11:6~A-o'clock A.M, of
said day, is hereby fixed as the day and hour, and the meeting place
of the Board of Sugervisors of the County of Butte, Iocated in the

Butte County Courthouse, Oroville, California, as the place, when
and where any and alI persons interested may agpear and show cause

By publishing a Notice o~ Improvement, said publ~ca-
tion to be not less than 1Q days prior to the date
of said hearing;
By posting a copy of the iVotice of Improvement at or
near the place of ineeting of the.Baard o~' Supervisors
for 5 days prior to the time of said hearing.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resoZution was duly
