WHEREAS, tha Board of Supervisors of Butte County deems it advisable
to se11 the £ollowing property, to wft:

All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State
of California, d'escribed as fol3ows:
Being a portion of Lot 149, as shown on khat certai.n map entitled
"Of£icial Map oE Orovzlle-Wyandotte Fruit Lands, Unit No. 5" which
map was recarded on July 20, J.92$, in Book 8 of Maps at pages 37-A
and 38-A, Butte County Officzal Records, more garticularly described
as ~ollows:
Commencing at the most westerly corner of said Lot 149, said corner
being on the centerline of Olive Highway (formerly Oroville-Forbestown-
LaPorte Road) on a 1,000 foot radius curve, ~radial line to said curve
at said corner bears N 24°19'34"~); Chence southeasterlq along said
centerline of Olive Highway along the arc of said 1000 foot radius
curve, concave to Che south, through a central angle of 24°28'00",

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that it is the intention of this Board
to sell the aforementioned property at a minimum price of $4,100, $410 at the
time of sale, with terms of $SO per month at 7/ raCe of interest.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED that it is the intenti.on o£ this Board
