finds and determines that tl~e public convenience and necessity re-- ,
c~uire ~he improvements anci acquisitions to be made in Paradis~ Pin~s
Assessmen~. Dis~ra.ct No. 1, Units 1 and 2, Butte County, CaZiL-ornia,
and fur~her determines that the "Spec?a1 Assessmen~~ Inves~iga~ion,
Limi~.a~ion and Majorzty Protest Act oi 1931" shall no~ apply to these
assessnient proceedi~zg~; and
BE Tm T'C7RTI3ER R'GSOLVED that tha.s pr.oject shall procead ~
in acco~'dance with tihe terms and provisions o£ the Nlunicipal Improve-
ment Act af 1913.
