WH~REAS, the Board of Supervisors ~f Butte County deems it advisable
to sell the following property, to wit:
Parcel Y- Surplus ProperCy (Olive Highway @ Oroville-Quincy Highway):
All that cerCain real property situate in the County of Butte, State o€
Cali~ornia, described as follows:
Being a partion of Lot 149, as shown on that certain map entitled
"Official Map of Oroville-Wyandokte Fruit Lands, Unit No. 5" which
map was recorded on July 20, 1928, in Book 8 ot Maps at pages 37-A
and 38-A, Butte County Official Records, more particularly descr,ibed
as follows:
Commencing at tihe most westerly corner of said Lot 149, said corner
being on the centerline of OLive Highway (£ormerly Oroville-Forbestown-
LaPorte Road) on a 1,000 €oot radius curve, (radial line to said curve
at said corner bears A 24°19'34"E); thence southeasterly along said
centerline of Oiive Highway along the arc o£ said 1000 foot radius

to se11 the aforementioned property at a minimum price of $4,100, $410 at the
time of sale, with terms of $50 per month at 7% rate of interest.

and 38-A, Butte County Official Records, more particularly described
as follows:

NOS,~, THERLFORE, IT IS RLSOLVED that it is the intention of .this Board
to sell the aforementioned property at the appraised price of $8,900.

IT IS FURTHER R~SOLVED that on the 15th day o~ September, 1970, at
11:00 a,m., a public meeting of the Board o~ Supervisars o~ Sutte County wi11
be held at the regular place of ineeting o~ said board, at whzch proposais to
purchase wi11 be received and considered.
