Park District of Butte County, California, have called and ordered to
be heJ.d in said district on the 3rd day of November, 1970, special
district elections, and have requested this board to order consolidation
of said special district elections with the statewide General Election
to be held November 3, 1970,
NOW, THER~FORE BE IT ORD~R~I7 ANA RESO~,VED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVZ50RS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, as fol~ows:
7.. That the special district election to be held in the
Durham Recreation District on November 3, 1970, at which election
there shall be submitted to the qualified electors of said dist~ict
the names of the eandidates for said board, are to be consolzdated
with the statewide election to be held on Novembex' 3, 1970,
2. That the returns o~ said special district election:.
for the Durham Recreation District shall be cancr'assed, or caused
to be, by the Coun~y Clerk o~ Butte County and certif~.ed to the
governing board of the district. Further, said consnlidated
special district election of Duxham Recreation District shall be
held in al1 respects as though ~hey were only one election.
3. That the expenses of ~he elections attributable to
said districts shall be charged to said districts respectively.
