Number 1 to Resolution 68-51 is based on secta.on line boundaries
withou.t regard to considerations of topography or land. use adapta-
bility; and
WHEREAS, the pending development of the Kelly Ridge area
for subctivision purposes demonstrates a need that the ent~re
Kel1y Ridge area be within or without said urban designations; and
WHEREAS, after hearing the recommendations of the Depart-
ment of Public Works and of the developer, Southern California
E'inancial Corporation,
IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that the eastern bown.dary of the
~rban area designation for the greater Oroville area is hereby
amended excluding thexefrom Sections l, 12, 13, 24 and 25 0~'
T19N, R4E, MDB&M.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the But~e County Board of Super-
visors this ~5th day of September, 1970, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors P,'Ia,ron, MeKillop and Chairman Dunaway
NOES: Supervisors Howsden and Rey~nolds
