Gridley Union High School District
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervzsors did, on August 25, 1970,
adopt ~esolution 70-150 establishing ~ax rates for various revenue agencies for
the 1970-71 fiscal year and,
Wi-IEREAS, said resolution contained an incorrectly computed tax rate for
the Gridley Union High School District and~
WHEREAS, failure to correct the tax rate and tax levy for the 1970-71
fiscal year would create an unsuxmountable financial difficulty for the Gridley
Union High School District~
NOW,THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF SUPERVI50RS OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE does hereby amend the 1970-71 Tax Ra~e Resolution No. 70-150 to change
the Gridley Union High Schaol Distr~ct Tax rate from $1.041 per $100 assessed
valuation to $2.07i per $100 assessed valua~ion.
