, WHEREAS, ,Albert A. Sirmans ot 1816 Edsel Drive, P4ilpitas,
California, has submitted a bid in the amount of $4,100 fcr the
purchase of parce]. "Y" as described in Resolution No. 70-I59; and
WHER~,S, said bid is in complianee with the terms of
said Resolution arzd is accepted by this Board;
NOW, TTiER~~'ORE BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. Said parcel "Y" is hereby awarded to said Albert A.
Sirmans and the Chairman of this Board is authorized ta sign
the attached deed covering said parcel.
2. County Counsel is directed to deliver said deed. to a
reputable Title Company and to set up an escrow ~rherewith under
instructions to record and transfer said deed to Albert A, Sirmans
upon his furnishing the balance of the required eash deposit and
execut~.ng a promissory note and deed of trust in compliance with
the terms announced in Resolution No. 70-159 and in a form
satisfactory to counsel; costs of said escrow to be shared equally.
3. Should the purchase~ request Tit1e Insurance, the
purchaser sha11 be responsible for the cost of same.

visors on September 1'S..'., 1970, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Howsden, Maxon, McKillop, Reynolds and
