construction and maintenance ot' a f'reeway on road 03-Bu~-32
between Hog Spring and Lomo,
WF3EREAS, the Board o~' Supervisors has heard read said.
Agreement in full and is familiar with the contents thereo~';
Tf~REFORE, be it resolved by 'the Board ot' Supervi.sors ot'
the County of Butte that said Agreement is hereby approved and
Supervisor Dunaway is directed to sign ~he same in
behalf of the County of Butte.
Passed and adopted by the Board of Supervisors of ~he

3, Ths S~a~~ agreea to acqu~~e al~. necessary

right of way as may be required ~or construation, recon-
structian or alteratzon of county raads arid frontage roads,
and ~he County here~y author3zes ~he State to acquire in
i~s behalf al~ such necessary rigY~.t o~ way.
~F. The County wil]. accept control. and main-
tenance over each of ~he relocated or xeconstructed caunty
roads, and ~he fronta~e roads asad other State-construc~ed
locay roa,ds on notice to the County Road Gommissioner from
the State that ~he wnrk thereon has been comp~eted, exeept
as to any portion thereof which is adopted by the State as
a part of the ~'reeway proper. 'I'he County wi7.]. a~.so accept
tit3.e to the portions o~ such roads lying outsi.de the
freeway limits, upon ~e13.r~q,uishmen~ by the State.

~he loca].ity. It is understood be~ween the parties that
the r~.~ht o~ way may be acquired in s~ctions or units and
that, both as to the a.cq,uisition of right o~' way and the
construetion of the freeway pro~ect, the obl.iga~3.ons of
Sta~e hereunder shall be carried out at such t3me s~nd fnr
such u.n3.t ox units o~' the pro~ect as funds ~re 3~uflgeted
and made law~ully available for auch expendi~ures.
