liminarily adopted the ~ngineerTs Report and ~ngineer's Es~imate
of Cost, filed pursuant to the Resol~ztion of Int~nt9.on in Paradise
Pi.nes Unit No. 3 Assessment.Distiricf., B~tt~e County, California;
and
WIiEREA5~ since ~he filing of said original Enc~i-
neer's Report and Engineer's Estimate of Cos~, bids have been se-
ceived showing a different construction cost than set forth in said
oriqinal Engineer's Repoxt and Engineer's Es~imate of Cost;
NOj+I, THER~k'ORE, BE ~T RESOLVED by the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Butte, State of California, ~hat the Engineer
of Work be, and he is hereby directed to file an Amended Engineer's
Repor~ and Amended Estimate of Cost to conform to the low bid re-
ceived for ~said work and improvements.
