RESdLUTION AU~~iO~IZ~NG S~L~ ~~ ~ONDS
WH~REAS, the Board of Sup2rvisors of ~he County of Bu~te,
State af Cali£ornza, has received a wri~ten proposal from BIRR,
WzLSON & CO., TNC., o~fering tn purchase improvement bonds to be
issued by the County og Butte to represent unpaid assessments levzed
pursuant to the Reso~ution of Inten~ion for ~aradise Pines Unit No. 3
Assessmant Distzict, adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of ~utte on the llth day of August, 1970, ~or payment of
the improvements and acquisitions and a~l of the incidental expen-
ses in aonnec~ion therewith, in said Paradis~ Pines Unit No. 3
Assessment D~s~ric~; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Board that the pub~ic
interes~ and convenience wiii be served by accepting the offer
o~ ~he said BIRR, ~ILSOI~ & CO., INC „ dated Auqust 11, 1970, and
wiZl also be sezved by selling the said bonds at the price therein
named;
NOW, TH~REFOR~, IT IS H~R~BY ORDER~D ~hat the proposal
of BIRR, WILSON & CO., INC „ dated August 11~ 1970~ be, and the
same is hereby accepted and that the bonds be, and ~hey are hereby
ord~red sold to BIRR, L9ILSON & CO., INC., in ths amount and 5ubject
to the terms and conditions stated in the bid of the saxd B~RR,
WILSON & CO., ~NC.
B~ IT ~URTHER RESOLVED that the interESt rate of said
bonds be, and the same is hereby fixed at the rate stated in said
bid°; and that said bonds shal~ be dated the 2nd day of November,
1570, and sxiall bear interest from said date.

I HEREBY CERTIFY f.hat the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the Board of Superva.sors of the County af
Butte, State of Californza, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
22nd day of September, 1970, by the following vote, to wit:
