RESOLtTTION IN RE 1'ARKING ON CERTATN COUN~.'Y HIGHWAY
IN THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(Vehicle Code Section 22507)
BE IT RESOLVED by the BOARD OF SUPERVI50RS for the COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CAZIFORNZA, as ~'ollows:
1. That the parking or standing of vehicl.es on the hereinafter-
',described portions oF Skyway is prohibited, and the portions of said road on
which the parking and standing of vehicles is prokiibited is described as follows,
Ito wit:
A1ong the easterly side of Skyway from the northerly rigYzt of way
line of Pearson Road to 36 feet northerly.
2. That NO PARKING signs be placed and the curb be painted red at the
appropriate ~.ocations on said road.
3. This Resolution is adopted in accordance with Section 22507 of
the Vehi.cle Code, and violation of said Resolution constitutes a misdemeanor
in accordance with Section 40000 of said Vehicle Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the Cour~ty of Butte,
State o~ California at the regular meeting thereof on the 29-~y~ _ day
of Septembes' , 797a, by the following vote:
