E. Dunaway, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors, dated August 27, 1970, be allocated to the Hooker Oaic-Five Mile Lake and Recreational Area - State Projec~ 804-201 - Development situa~ed in Bidwell Park, City of Chico, CaJ.ifornia, for expansion ofi' recreational facilities.
