RESOLUTION OF INTE~TTION TO CONSZnER A1~D HOLD HEARINGS
flN A R~SO~U~rON 0~ INTENTION TO ESTABLISH A COUNTY
SERV2CE AR~A
WHEREAS, two members of the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte have rec~uested the establishmen~ of a county
service area for the purpose of ins~alling street lighting,: the
boundaries of which are described in ~hibit "A", attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference; and
WHEREAS, pridr to rhe coxzsideration o~ the Board of
Supervisors and the Resolueian of ~ntention, ~t is necessa~y to
obtain the comment of ~he Local Agency Formation Comma.ssa.on,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~50~.VED by the Butte County.Board
of Supervisors that they intend to consider a Resolution of
Intention to establish a county service area for the purpose
of installing street lighting, contained. within the boundaries
described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOZVED that b}r this resolution ~he ~oard
of Supervisors submit the proposal to the Local Agency Formation
Commission far their actions at their next regularly held meeting.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of th'e
County of Butte, S~eate of California, ehis 2gth. day of Sep~em.be
1970, by the following vote:
